in short: i contacted him sunday cause i read he's a designer and I had a project which needed one. I thought since we're neighbouring countries (I'm originally Iranian) why not. Stupid me http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif. Anyways we arranged some stuff and we agreed some things, amongst that I would pay him monday through wire. Paypal or CC wasn't possible. I heared he had financial problems and this and that so when I went to the ABN on monday i did not a normal wire but a fast wire (costs more) and also tolled them to charge me completely. Altogether an extra $50 from me.

Now from monday afternoon till now he's been icqing me constantly with the money isn't in the money isnt in etc etc etc and frankly I dont have the time for that shit. Lot of you guys know me, I always do what I promise. Always.

So anyways few days later I also found out that my design was nearly identical to some of his others...

Anyways i'm scanning on my other comp. right now, i will post it and that will be hopefully the end of this all. I'm very tired of this. my time is too valueable for this.

Yes, a lot of trust is needed up front or no business ever gets done. It's called a contract. You don't do services and violate contract, we usually sue. A lot of people don't have time to sit around and wait for the BS that I've read here in this post. What typically should happen is 50% up front and the remaining on delivery which is written out in the contract. If you don't finish on time, then you get a reduced pay usually. Either way, this ahmet person seems to be complaining more than anything productive and he's getting lots of flame mail on every post I've seen.

I paid 100% upfront before design was finished! I tolled him 50/50 but he said he had financial problems and gave me a discount if i paid 100% upfront so i did. I paid monday, design was finished tuesday night I believe (or wednesday morning, not sure.)

BTW: I hid the amount and my bank account number (for obvious reasons). The amount was on ahmet's request because he doesnt want ppl to know how much i paid him.

Yes I havent complained a bit. But I'm busy. I dont mind him asking once or twice but can you imagine someone asking you 10 times a day if you've really paid? It's just too anoying. Certainly because when you ask do you want to see the wire he says no i trust you.

One thing that did bother me afterwards was that the design looked a lot like his other design. But I didn't complain.

All this guy does is complain and now it's 02.38 am and I'm forced to find my scanner and post this shit instead of sleeping... that just pisses me of.

Anyway, i don't trust any of my clients on the net... I just asked you 1 time about this payment. And after my question , you didn't answer me notime. 175$ isn't important for me. I wondered about your bank. I think there are some problems at your bank.And i tried to say you that maybe there are some problems at your bank. But you didn't want to understand me... No problem. I still didn't receive my payment for 6 days. And i will resend it to you when i received.

I know it could have been worse, i'm not complaining about that. I'm just mad that this whole thing costed me so much time while I have no time. Time is too expensive for me.
