Google will spider your whole site when it gets 1 of your pages you dont have to submitt to it atall though just get a link of someone listed in google already and it will find your site.
It just updated though so next update might not be for a while like 3 weeks
So basicaly definately no need to send every page to google

If it's going out to non-adult SE's it should really be your index page, personally I've a complete set of meta's on every page on a site ;)
just my 2p worth

you get listed higher if you don't submit pages manually and let it spider your site

Playa's right.
The best way to get a new page indexed is to link it from an old page that's regularly spidered.
