Well, I know that www.dollarmachine.com (http://www.dollarmachine.com) is giving free hosting no matther the transfer you made. The only thing is that you have to advertise for them on each page of your site.
I think it is better than the damn ugly tables on top and bottom and/or slow loading.

kasst4 The guy who I got into this porn stuff from used a flat fee host, it was based in denmark though, and although at that point they accepted cheque sign ups from international webmasters, I did hear they no longer did, I'm sure there are some others though, look around, and don't limit yourself to your own country.

All flat fee hosts have their limits no one can give you 500GB for $19.95 its just not possible. If they do offer such dont be suprised when you get a bill for $2-5k after you burn that 500GB.
