Please help! I recieved a weird e-mail

Yesterday by 9:00 PM I recieved an e-mail written in arabic. I can't read it. This e-mail came from fatn1400@hotmail.com mail address. Do I have to send this e-mail to FBI or ? This is not a joke. Some one send me this e-mail through my website (submit gallery).

If they wanted more free galleries they could send it in English. When you open the e-mail in webbased e-mail you can only see something like %3&!(&???????. When you open it in Outlook 2000 then you can see it is clearly written in arabic. Shit what thew fuck is going on man. I damn fucking scared

Grab a snapshot of the text from outlook (use a graphics program to copy and paste) and post it here. Maybe someone who speaks arabic can do a translation for you.
