Selling my TGP

I am not sure if this is the right forum to post it but I have seen other people put up their sites here when they want to sell, so I give it a try :)

I want to sell the whole package:
- Domain
- Design
- Traffic
- UCJ 4.1.4
- AutoGallery SQL


The TGP is www.nakedteenies.com and has been online for about 1 year now. It has about 50k hits in the UCJ stats. Today it's 30k at SexTracker (counter placed at bottom)
You can see the trades at the bottom of the TGP, a top 30 list.

Why am I selling? I want to get out of the teen niche. Don't like what it has became.
The second thing is that I don't have the time to update as much as it needs anymore.

In better hands I am sure the site can grow even more in traffic and you can make some good money from it (never tried dialers on the site).

The domain name is great for search engines and is very easy to remember.

According to UCJ the site recieved 1000 hits from search engines the last 24 hours (mainly google)

Forgot to explain the numbers to the left on the stat pic.

The first row is 'Trades In', the second is 'Bookmarks In' and the last row is 'Total Hits In'.

I hope this makes better sence.
