I can't get an email response from them, but a friend/customer from Europe rang them and they said:

"I have talked to Web Site Billing (Roland Garcia). As of 2 August, the
status is this:

VISA - Only Visa from the US with USA addresses will be accepted.

Mastercard - Same as Visa

American Express - Should be ok but cannot get authorization. Garica is
looking into it. AmEx says there is no problem on their end."

Furthermore, they say that I already know about this. Well.... I don't. And most of my customers are from the UK. I am in the process of changing over to IBill as a result of this. Can anyone here corroborate this story?

Lastly, let me say since I started using WSB I have had 0 charge backs or refunds. I sell memberships varying from $40 to $120 per month. Never a problem. Except now I might lose more than 50% of my customers http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/frown.gif

Amex doesn't take transactions from known adult accounts, they haven't for over a year now.

Hey Kimmy,
What about CCBill? Do you guys accept Visa and m/card from non-US card holders?

BTW mine wasn't an adult thing.

We accept cards from all but 33 countries, the only requirement we have is that the card pass scrubbing and the bank say they've got the money http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/wink.gif

We take Visa/MC/Discover and JCB (big in Asia), as well as online checks.
