Starting an amateur TPG?

Hi I've only built avs and free sites and I am considering starting an amateur TGP. Can anyone give any good advice as to where I should start? Good resources? etc? Thank you so much everyone.

Hey I have an amateur focused TGP..I think i am the only one out there really, lots of cites with amateur seem to be CJ's or sites with a total of 12 pics as a front to a paysite. I look at Sexlist and Sextracker under amateur every week to find new TGP's for amateur, I posted a message to see if anyone has a real amateur TGP, but noone ever responded....as far as i am concerned, there are none but me right now..lol
