your best bet is to ask gib billing, one of them comes around here a lot.

I forget their url, but you can just set it up with them.

Unless you have lots of money backing your project, I would not recomend starting a dialer program now.

Paparazzi, unless you have a special group of niche webmasters your planning on reselling for, I wouldn't touch reselling with a ten foot pole!
Just look at this list of resellers http://adultwebmasterinfo.com/dialer.html and that is not even 1/10th of the resellers out there.


What are you going to do differently that the others resellers havn't done so far?

Ha ha ha - that's like saying someone shouldnt open a website because they havnt already. Maybe no one should open a new free host because there are already plenty. Why would anyone want to trade with a new CJ site - there are plenty out there already.

The dialer guys are already feeling the pinch of the glut, of course they are going to tell you it is pointless and not to attempt it. You think they want any more competition?

Start a thread asking opinions on whether or not you should start a program to buy exit traffic and watch how fast the current exit traffic guys tell you its hopeless.

Amen. Dialers are the biggest load of shit since "free trials". The sooner they are gone the better off this industry will be.
Using dialers is like slitting your own throat.

Go to yahoo, and type there gib or global internet billing or dialer programs, and you should see thir site or sites (I believe they have 2, if I remember well). You have there 3 email addresses where to contact them. I send them an email with your question in the past, just for curiosity, with "what does it take to start a dialer program, etc ..." and I received no reply. Maybe you'll be more successful.
