Verio VPS Hosting, Bandwidth-NO CHARGE?

I was just surfing around checking out the hosting packages that are available now as I want to change my host sometime soon. I came across the verio site and when I looked at their Virtual Private Servers packages beside bandwidth it said no charge. Here's just some of what it says you get for there VPS Standard package
$149.95
$50.00 setup
400 MB of disk space
Unlimited email POP accounts
Unlimited FTP users
Unlimited domain hosting
No bandwidth charges!

I checked their aup and it didn't say anything about not being able to host adult content and there was no fine print saying 25gigs a month or anything like that. Does anyone use these guys? This just sounds too good to be true.

"Activities Subject to Immediate Deactivation Any Server that is used for illegal, abusive, or unethical activity may be immediately deactivated by us without warning to you. Illegal, abusive or unethical activities may include, but are not limited to, pornography, obscenity, nudity, violations of privacy, hacking, computer virus, gambling, or promotion of gambling, and any harassing or harmful materials or uses as determined by us."

It does offer unlimited bandwidth but you won't be able to run more than 30GB / month on such a server.

Please explain that one if verio does not allow adult content how can you offer adult when merely reselling the same service?

I guess because you dont even have an AUP so you will allow anything untill verio finds out...

Hehehe it makes me laugh that every webmaster is starting their own webhosting company. Wait till those alarms start going off for you in middle of the night and etc.. as well and then we'll see who is up for the challange. =)
