hmmm
Today i bought a domain, then came across a message board where an individual is creating an entire site based on the words i used for the domain.
The thing im afraid of is that his beta site (just screen shots i saw, not actually a url/domain) has copyrights all over it for the name, the content blah blah blah..

So i was wondering if anybody has run into any legal issues or things in the nature of this situation?
Could i get sued? or have it taken away from me?

A little clarification. You should distinguish between trademarks and copyrights. Names can be registered as trademarks, while whole works (web pages, books, pictures, films etc) normally are protected by copyright.
