How much traffic do you get per day?

I started a moviepost in January and have 50k now, growing. I am interested in how many visitors your sites have per day and how long it took you to get started. How did you get your site going with traffic at the beginning?

I think that it is quite easy to get 50k traffic after 3 months of running a real content movie post.

1. have good design
2. have good free content
3. have good traders

and I think You get get it

But the real gold is when You achieve 50k daily bookmarker traffic.

I had my movie post up to 40k It was making no money...the surfers were too smart..no signups or anything...they were just there for free content.

I got pissed and said FUCK THESE FREELOADERS! So I decreased the content, added a dialer, dumped my trades with most other movie sites and replaced them wih picsite trades, and added blind links.

My traffic has dropped to 30k but I now make 3 times more money!!!

Hey,there are many different ways to advertise a paysite so that many people sign up! One good thing is to offer low quality samples of real great clips from that paysite, another is posting your own galleries on your site with free content and targeted ads. If that still doesn't help you can add some click sponsor's blind links in between of course.. http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/wink.gif....Important is also that you choose the right sites to promote: Sites that have fresh, new content, seen nowhere else....Another thing is that you need to make your moviepost design a bit confusing for the visitor. Don't let them find your content within seconds or get used to where it is to find, change your design frequently.....it works 4 me! =)

LOL, I did that, and got dumped by a trade...when I asked him why? He said my links were confusing for the surfer!

amount of traffic can be overated,,,

especially with TGP traffic,,

i bet my 40k tgps thats targeted niche makes more money than a regualar tgp that gets over 100k of traffic,,

but funny how my 10k celeb site
makes more dialer minutes than my tgps

tgp surfers alot smarter i guess
