Yes, one of my site is hosting with them now. They are good and I haven't has any down time. If you don't want to pay the setup, someone can order it for you, but you have to pay $150 monthly cost.

If you pay $150 per month, you don't have to pay the setup. But it's not from Rackshack, this services is provided by one of their resllers.

I have been using them for about 3 weeks now and everything has been fine.

Im disputing a charge on my amx right now for that piece of crap they called a server.

im with sandman on this one. moved all my sites there and had nothing but constant downtime. their tech support is horrible. i think their techs are on like a work release from prison cause they know nothing about how to configure a server or fix any problems. i finally got a new host and had to talk to about 40 managers and supervisors there and threaten a lawsuit before they gave me money back. the server they gave me was totally broken and i honestly had more downtime than uptime, it would crash about every 30 min. i would not reccomend them to my worst enemy. you get what you pay for i guess.
