dialer hold times

Haven't you experienced a big drop in dialer hold times in last few days? I'm just curious because my holdtimes has dropped from 10-12 to 2-3 minutes in last 3 days... I haven't changed anything on my site. Anyone has any idea?

I'm just curious as I haven't had a big success with it.

From the time my traffic increased by 10k I'm earning less minutes :-)
Anyway I will wait and see if it will get better or worse. I hope it'll get better.

I use the dialer pluging scine like 5 days ... my traffic doubled , I putted more ads . and I'm not getting any good minutes now ... like 2 times more traffic and less than half of my minutes .

hold times were good tough (used to get 5 min now like 8) but I just got few calls ... Gib is shaving or something ?

Well I think it's quite obvious that if the hold times decrease 4 all of you or most of you the reason is shaving. That's what I think!

Why would a dialer network have to shave? They are making money per minute, and they deal with lots and lots of minutes.

Saying that GIB or Niteline shaves is like saying that Ibill shaves.

Please lets not jump into conclusions like this.

More likely that your surfers have figured out that dialers are too freaking expensive and just go in for a quick peek..

dont worry it will go up and down.. or atleast thats what it has for me... some days i have an avg hold time of 10minuts other only 6minuts..

but all in all it equals out at the end of the month... always a bit more minuts then the month before..

Hm...seems like everyone is experiencing problems. My hold times dropped last week from average 7-8 minutes to only 4-6 minutes. THAT SUX. I think there are few reasons for this: 1st Market is filled with dialers. 2nd It's WAY too expensive. 3th Niteline has problems last days and they're probably shaving too. And i don't think this is just temporary. My traffic increased from 100k to 300k and i'm still making same money with dialers (design was not changed)

Well soon the only way you will make any money with a dialer is if you get the new surfer as all the old ones will have lost their phone lines or will get their phone bill and yank the dialer off their PC.

My longest hold times are when I get onto my own dialer. Man, I can stay on for 20 min at a time with no problem =)
