I need a script that will disable or redirect the surfer if he hits the refresh button. Anyone know where I can find such a code?
Thanks,
Mart

That is browser hacking and a federal offense if you live in the USA.
Penalties ranges from monetary damages on up to jail time.
Why not just learn to market and sell instead of screwing with people to make up for your lack of ability.

WTF? You can tell me what you think of such a script in general but don't go pretending you know what my abilities are or are not.
I think there are popular scripts much worse than that and i am not trying to fuck the surfer here but rather protecting myself from beign fucked by them.
I have on my main page a link leading to gallery.html. gallery.html loads with a random file number for the surfer to download. If the surfer can reload gallery.html there's no point in coming back to my main page to click the link again. And i need those links to be clicked if i am to be able to trade traffic. Do you get the system now? If you have a better idea to make this work then please just tell me.
Thanks,
Mart

I don't see what's so bad about the script, he is just saying that he doesn't want someone to see the same site twice, that is what i am doing with a new popunder script, he is making the most of his traffic.

Well if I jumped the gun the sorry. I am sick and tired of these half ass webmasters trying to screw surfers.
But also I was informing you of potential hazards as it is considered hacking of the browser.
I have no idea what you program in but I would recommend a tracker so you can show different sites if that is what you need.
Another way is to have your page check ref data and such and if they did not click from main page, then redirect them there.
There is too many ways to do this but one example is developing a coding scheme that changes every minute. So if they reload past a minute or whatever, the code they entered page with is no longer valid and returns false, sending them to whatever page or showing whatever data is needed.

fuck all that shit man, do it with cookies. have a cookie expire at a certain time when you need the page changed if that what you need. like 24 hours or so. If the surfer comes back, it sees the cookie and sends them to a diff page. easy
