Stupid Queston Here!!

Ok,

I just started using the CJPro Version 1.10x3 and where I am able to set the ratios.

Obviously
ratio - 1.1 is one in and one out

Here's the stupid question:

Is 2.1 ratio
one hit sent for ever two hits received
or
two sent out for every one received

I'm "guessing" that 2.1 means that I am going to send two hits for every one I received. Am I right??

Ok, I lied!! Let's make this two stupid questions.

On productivity -

I've read the help page and it says this,

Productivity is the average amount of times a surfer clicks on your site. Productivity is tracked using cookies, and broken down individually for each site you are trading with=================

Average amount of times a surfer clicks on my site?? I need the "Productivity For Dummies" version.

Right now with the few trades I do have, the low productivity is 42.1% and the high is 68.9%, this is what shows in the admin area.

I'm "guessing" the 68.9% is better, but have no idea exactly why or how it is.

now first on productivvity of your total site or individual trades.

say:

trade 1: in 100, out 100
trade 2: in 100 out 50
trade 3: in 100 out 200

trade 1: prod 100%
trade 2: prod 50%
trade 3: prod 200%
total site prod 350 / 3 = 116%
prod(uctivity) means: how productive is my site. Am i able to 'make' more clicks out as in. If that is the case. Your site is oke. An example:
say you get 100 in, total site prod = 150% so u have 150 out. now say u have your ratio set to 1, that means you have to return 1 times the incoming traffic which is 100. As u see u have 50 hits out 'left' in your script (150-100= 50). If u send these 50 into trade that means that your trade will return you another 50.
Because your total site prod is 150% you can 'make' another 25 out clicks (150% off 50) etc etc.

Now abt ratios
setting your ratio at 1.1, that means you will return 110 uniques to every 100 u recieve.
setting your ratio to 2.1 means u will return 210 uniques for every 100 u recieve.

Thats the theory anyway, but i am sure you will find things work very much differently in practice.
