What happens when someone signs up for a trial memberships, cancels it before the rebill, and then tries to sign up again. Can they sign up again, or are they blocked after that for life?

I know at Amateurpages, they can sign up for as many trials as they want to, because if they were to buy a trial every 3days it would be more than a membership would be.

for a site that uses a cc processor like ccbill.

ccbill will not let you use the same cc # 2 twice for a trial. But you can sign up for a membership

Shane thats incorrect, ccbill alows asmany trials as you wasnt however they wont allow you to sign up with the same site while your current membership is active.
Its only if they chargeback or refund that their card is blocked

or if the card has high activity - Thats why many of us get a lot of re-tries that go through 4 or 5 days later. I may be wrong, but I think I remember them telling that they put cc users number's on a point scale for high-risk.

Shane I have tried to sign up at my own site twice with the same cc to test and it would not let me (= Did this yesterday to test.

Shane94, was your first membership still active when you made the 2nd attempted signup?

I had the same experience. That makes you wonder about the logic your CC processor's using to block people, doesn't it..? http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
