Ive had some assholes steal my shit and not even change the colors so least he was nice enuff to do that. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="smile.gif" /> <br /><br />Just make sure to keep changing things a bit and when they steal tables ect.. not much you can do but if its content or design images just contact the host. For the most part its a wate of time to bitch about some tables i prefer just to keep notes and later down the line remind them of what they did. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" />

Same here, I've had a few designs ganked, usually it doesn't bother me unless they take the pics too, at that point I'll report the bastards.

Every time i see my designs or ideas stolen, i see that they are good at least <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="smile.gif" /> <br /><br />usually it's enough to email the fucker with some diplomathic explanation of what you're going to do (example: you're forwarding this fact to your lawyer...)<br /><br />but again, if the stolen page is on a free host - it will be a long story... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="frown.gif" />

When a case of design stealing doesn't hurt your own business, why bother?<br /><br />I know it's wrong but sometimes you just have to be pragmatic.

I once had a guy steal my gallery design, my pics, and even my linking code. I didn't complain though cause I got some sales from it lol.

I'll probably get flamed for this but here goes...<br />Granted I don't do tgp <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="smile.gif" /> <br /> <img border="0" alt="[Hi]" title="" src="graemlins/hi.gif" /> <br /><br />1.) I think there is a limited way you can design galleries...especially given that there are 10s of thousands put out there everyday, fitting 15 pix on an html page.<br /><br />2.) As long as they don't rip your html code or graphic elements--designs get stolen ALL the time. Shit, Lyco's Webmonkey tells folks exactly HOW to take other peoples html and jscript code. <br /><br />But you can put comments in your code and little sigs in your graphics so you KNOW that the shit is yours <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="smile.gif" /> <br /><br />Big company's steal designs too<br />Look at excite.com's logo and cingular's logo...<br />They both have that splash kind of X.<br /><br />3.) Believe it or not it is good for you, it keeps you on the edge and innovating where you have to be, you caught it, you use the refinements and you go forth. <br /><br />4.)Take the engry you might use to get upset, and use that energy to make more loot. <br /><br />Cause if your feelings get hurt that easily you are in for a difficult road my friend <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="smile.gif" /> Business is business and copying is a fact of life :/<br /><br />&lt;/IMX&gt;
