I found it on on their products page: http://www.x3scripts.com/webring.html

I believe this is the web ring the Thumbs Lords TGP group uses, so it must be able to handle a good amount of traffic.

try going to Brave Net (http://www.bravenet.com) they have alot of very good scripts that are free.
