For those that don't understand why this precaution is necessary I suggest you read http://rapidshare.com/faq.html
Basically a member of your site can instruct RapidShare to remotely access your members-area content and steal it directly to their servers rather than have your member download it to his computer and then upload it to Rapidshare.
Rapidshare name servers show these as the IPs they use. RapidShare have finally, after much hassle with their support team, confirmed that they do not use any other servers for their remote upload system.

You can protect your members area content from Rapidshare remote upload attacks by putting the following code in the .htaccess file in the root of your members area.
order allow,deny
deny from 195.122.131.
allow from all
(remember to include the last dot after 131)
