I've used them, As soon as I put up a banner after 30 hits I got a sign up and then was waiting a week and nothing.
Then I stoped and used another sponsor and after a month I tried them again, and guess what? after 20 hits got a sign up and then again nothing else... I guess I would tell you , I don't know....Let me know what happens with you?

i sent them a lot of hits and no signup...
and that was SE traffic...
i don't know what to do..
now i changed my sponsor
