What's the best and easiest program to slice images?
It should write HTML also....

I use photoshop. My rather clumsy method is to setup guidlines at certain distances, and then use "snap to guides".

Works a treat for me, but doesn't make any html or anything. You'll have fun trying to make tables to piece the image back together again http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/wink.gif

I use imageready, put guides where you want
slices, then save as...

[x] - Slice along guides

And it generates the html for the table also!

The new imageready can optimize every
slice individually
