getting traffic to dialer

ok lame newbie question here...

ive noticed a lot of times if i submit a gallery with a direct link to a dialer that the gallery doesnt get listed, even if the tgp has no specific rule against dialers. i know there are about 80 tgps listed at one of the resource sites that accept dialers, but i havent had too much luck with them.

anyone have suggestions for getting this traffic from tgps that wont list galleries with dialers over to a dialer? does linking to some kind of FPA work?

im open for any suggestions.

ok duh thats the site i was talking about.

what other ways can i funnel this traffic to the dialer? ive been told to get 100,000+ to my page with the dialer on it and i should do well, but i cant seem to get that traffic to go where i want it. heh.
