I have been waiting for now 70 days to get a Check from celeb dialer, GIB the guys name is stuart think it is Snows Partner, How can anyone pay their server bills with all these Late ass Hell payments?? I remember the Days when sponsors PrePaid you for your traffic, I think that everyone that uses a dialer should go on strike and demand payments upfront as it seems like these dialer companies are taking Our money and making 30 days high yield bank interset accounts, so these dialer companies are making money on top of our money if you catch my drift!

Please anyone that feels the same way POST YOUR THOUGHTS HERE!

I have heard many complaints from other webmasters as well as they have not been paid in over 2 months as well with GIB accounts.

No One should have to wait overt 30 days for any type of payment this is crazy!

GIB pays them every 45 days, that's why it takes so long for the resellers to pay. Why do they take so long to pay? Because the phone company takes 45 even 60 days to pay GIB. Before making comments such as "high yield bank interest accounts" you should get your facts straight. It's not nice to accuse sponsors of foul play if you don't have any facts to back it up with.

When cheques have come basically on time all the time for 4 months or so and then all of a sudden are over two weeks late chances are it isn't a reason like 'GIB pays every 45 days'
That 45 days was taken into account here..it has been over 60 that my webmasters and I have been waiting...
So you can understand why I am worried..
especially when phone numbers start getting changed and ICQ's stop getting answered

Yes, snow I realize that you pay no later then the 15th, but then could you PLEASE tell me why no one was paid last month by the 15th, Including me for my personal minutes..
I mean I got my referal cheque for the month before which was nice, however my personal minutes have not been paid for but more importantly the 20-30k that is owed to the 60+ webmasters in my dialer program have not been paid for... This is obvious when I have 50 emails of concenred people who haven't been paid in 2 months..
So what do you do with 20-30 000 US dollars?

the other, unless the person holding the money back has a very good leagal reason to
do so, they are not only at fault but morally in the wrong. If there was a service
performed and not paid for then there is a specific duty of the person providing the
sevice to preform and pay as agreed. It becomes more involved as in the person holding back these funds is denying the person owed the "Benefit Of The Bargan"! Now

the reason why GIB hasnt paid and others has no route are one and the same.
AT & T never paid for vanuatu the foreign termination point and they are broke again just like madagascar the unpaid bill runs into millions. the likes of GIB are spoiling the dialer game for webmasters becuase they use high price routes at like 7.99 a minute surfers get ripped off and the FTC and AT&T dont like it. they are bucking the international settlement system telephone companies use to pay each other

I don't normally post to this board but I am concerned about my payment from VIP. I signed up as a refferal from Unconnected. I haven't received a check from VIP for this month which ussually arrives around the 1st or 2nd of the month via fedex. I know there may be some payment processing issues on the VIP side but it would be nice to see an explanation other than that payments go out on the 15th of the month, for people who were paid on the 1st via fedex or wire that's not cool. I've got enough minutes for both Snow and Unconnected but of course my minutes only go to a sponsor that pays.

in my experience, GIB counts the best. If you can do good with niteline then i would suggest using niteline. If you make twice as much money with GIB then niteline, then why not wait? It just makes sense. Would you rather have $500 in 2 weeks or wait and get $1000, bottomline is that snow always pays me before the 15th. We just all get anxious to see the money and can't wait. You only gotta wait the 45 days your first month of promotion, then they come every month if you keep promoting!

The reason why GIB are paying you 45 days EOM is becuase they have MAJOR CASHFLOW PROBLEMS they have just been whacked again by AT&T for millions of pounds along with a few others. I know for a fact GIB get paid on 7 days for a number of high paying routes 45days EOM is the standard settlement rate for telephone companies but factoring is available and they can draw the money early by paying 2.5 percent
