Looking for a freehost who promise no headers, ever? Perfect for TGP posting. I know of one. But make sure you read their terms and conditions first:
"You agree to display a banner on top of each page. The ad will automatically be inserted. Should this ad not be inserted, you agree to insert it manually into every page."
That doesn't fill you with confidence, does it..? ;)
