I was just wondering what web proxies block? Is it just the ip number?
Do stats tracking systems still get information from the hosts computer besides the ip number so if I visited from the same computer but with different proxies it would see them all as the same visitor?
I was just wondering cause I was testing stuff out as far as clicking on my own links through proxies and noticed some sponsor link codes get all garbled. And I just wonder why that is and if it has an effect on stats, tracking and getting sales?
