Newbie question. Please explain RB2 stats!

I've just started (thats my first day as cjer) and not sure what's the most important thing in my stats. I realize that I should grow, but how can I determine that growth?

RB2 DAILY STATS SUMMARY (11-04-01):
Unique Hits IN: 360
Raw Hits IN: 417
Reloads: 57
Clicks: 357
Unique Hits OUT: 282
Raw Hits OUT: 357

So, what's the thing? The only thing I see that I am not growing now, but what's the meaning of Unique/Raw In and Out?

And another one. Should all my traders have productivity greater than 100% or it could be less sometimes? Is there any point in keeping low prod trades?

Or I shouldn't say that basing on my 300 total hits? Wait for 1000's?

you have more in as out so that means u have a problem.
u should have mo out than in
