The idea is not only to get the best type of traffic it is also about educating the surfer.

I think my accountant said it best:

The client:

The client would in this case be the surfer looking for erotic content. Respecting the surfer is a very important aspect of our business but respect must go both ways.

We are partly educating the surfers that high quality porn is not free, by showing them sample images with links to a sponsor of the webmaster's choice.

TGP's have defeated that purpose entirely by giving away to much for free and often imposing insane rules. Now with the TGP2 model it is our job to reverse that in order to decrease the amount of "freeloading surfers".

This is not an easy task but it is also not an impossible one.

The TGP2 model

We think that the way TGP2 is set up it will benefit the TGP2 owner and the Gallery submitting webmaster greatly because, by giving away less content the surfer is more inclined to buy a membership, thus TGP2 sites will send far more productive traffic then regular TGP's ever could.

It is our hope submitting webmasters will see the advantages and start submitting more TGP2 styled galleries. If that catches on big enough regular TGP's will see their submissions drop, and more of the major ones will convert to the TGP2 model. You have to keep in mind that a TGP depends on the galleries for content.


If we can accomplish that the amount of regular TGP's will decrease so over time the surfer will have less and less choice and will therefor be forced to turn to TGP2 sites for free erotic samples.

This we believe is the way it should have been in the first place. We are merely correcting a wrong situation.

I still think starting a CJ site, building up trades and traffic and leaking out traffic to the TGP2's would be a better, more efficient and far less expensive idea. CJ surfers will most surely bookmark the TGP2's, since CJ is way inferior in quality.

Again, you, as many others, seem to be under the impression that every fucking soul and his mother know about TGP's.

Again, the traffic that ALL TGP's account for is but a mere fraction of all the porn traffic out there.

Again, CJ surfers don't necessarily know about TGP's.

The strategy is simple, get traffic, trade it in-house, between the TGP2's, and you got your bookmarkers.

I'm getting this TGP vs TGP2 argument over and over again, and frankly, I just wish people would start using THEIR heads, before bashing this concept. The Hun certainly ain't God, neither is Cor nor Beth or Zilla. My respect to all of them, but this is our thing and we'll prove to all that we can do it.

Eventually, they will all face the option of either starting a new thing, joining us or losing subs.
