How can I see how much I use

I use several free host, and one payhost. But how can I see how much traffic the free hosts generate? I know how much vistors 100K a day. I want to give up the free hosts and set it to paid hosting, but before that I want to know how much this will be...

Take the file sizes of your html and images then multiply the amount of hits you get that should be pretty simple.

Email the free host certain ones might be able to tell ya how much bandwidth you used...I myself am opening up a free host very soon and I am adding the feature http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif
