perhaps you should insert
<base target="_blank">
so your trades open in a new window and you can actually get a higher productivity than 100%.. http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif

Yes, you should open all your links into new window. And maybe if you stop using right click protection you'll increase your prod.
I have a nasty habit to close site when I see that they are using right click protection! And I know I'm not the only one.
