Mike did TomsPics.com? The logo is pretty tight and was defiantly worth it but I wouldn't necessarily say there is anything special bout the rest of it though. No offense to Mikey. :(

Two I would recommend: galleryguy (viking) and TGF.. both are good

oh.. ya.. undutchable too is good

well this is what i would do i would ,

1. collect the information necsary to make the deisgn e.g. color scheme, width height, graphics etc
2. i would the make a rough plan on what ima going to do then send you if you like dit i would continue if not i would redo the plan till your happy
3. i would hen start creating the basic template, with graphics and then show you it, and again if you were happy continue if not then retry
4. i would then add the complex stuff the the code such as javascripts, php, cgi whatever else, show you and if it ok continue if not so it again

5. give you a preview of what the final draft would be like, collect payment then send you it in email and i would also send it my mail on a disk (if you wnated)

all in all it would cost you about $80-150 , depending on the complexity, like css, javascript, php icludes etc
